DECLARATION OF IMPORT/EXPORT OF FOREIGN CURRENCIES IN CASH OR OTHER FORM OF NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS.

PURSUANT TO:
Section 1,2,3,6,7,16 of the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition)Act 2022
Section 12 of the Foreign Exchange (Monitoring and Miscellaneous) Provision Act, 1995
Section 6, 46, 162, ,164, 207, 228 of the Nigeria Customs Service Act 2023

Nigeria Customs Service Act shall also be triggered in the event of breach or provisions of the MLP Act, 2022
